What kind of Breathwork is available?

Breathe Health Retreats founder Dan Hanson has been using various forms of Breathwork with clients for over 10 years. He first qualified in the Buteyko Institute Method in 2012. Since that time he has trained in and explored many other forms. To learn more about The Buteyko Method click here

A Day With Us – A Day like no other

Breathing experiences, yoga, cold immersion, nature, physical exercise, great company and time to reflect and take time out.

On multiple day retreats we ensure that you have free time to relax, to be, to breathe.

We begin each day with breath based activities and incredible experiences. However, on many retreats the afternoons are yours to decide your own schedule, with optional activities suggested by us if you are feeling ready to get into the great outdoors. Our locations are chosen specifically to allow time in Natures’ Wonderland.

Retreat locations are all chosen to be in areas of outstanding natural beauty with great access to outdoor activities.

Our retreat schedule allows you to take time out.

Come alone for some ‘me time’ or bring your family along to share your free afternoons, and enjoy time out together.
